Dental Treatment Benefit Scheme (Social Insurance Scheme)
We are happy to accept patients under the PRSI scheme which entitles patients to one free examination per year( depending on the annual budget – www.revenue.ie). Please provide your PPS number prior to your appointment and we can confirm your eligibility prior to your appointment with the department of social welfare.
People are generally eligible for this scheme if they are in continuous employment paying PRSI for a number of years.

Tax relief on dental treatment
A number of dental treatments are eligible for tax relief (depending on the annual budget – www.revenue.ie). This means you can offset the cost of some of your treatment against your income tax liability. This is done by completing a MED2 form and filing it with the relevant authorities at the end of the same financial year that the treatment was completed. www.revenue.ie
We ask for 24 hours notice if an appointment is to be rescheduled. Those cancelled after this time may be subject to a €30 missed appointment fee per 30 minutes.
Dental Treatment Services Scheme.
We are happy to except patients under the DTSS scheme if you have a current valid Medical card. Please provide your Medical card number prior to your appointments and we can confirm your eligibility prior to your appointment with the department of social welfare.
